Payroll facilities

Overview

ShARP's administrative section can offer payroll  services to Voluntary and Community Groups so that their staff can spend their time more productively, not working for the Inland Revenue for part of the month!

In the past two or three years the Government has seen Payroll as a convenient device to collect money, like Student Loan repayments, and to distribute additional payments, like Tax Credits, SMP and SSP.

  • How would you deal with an Attachment of Earnings Order?

  • Have you tackled Statutory Paternity Pay yet?

  • What happens after 28 weeks on SSP?

Why not let ShARP handle these problems  and many more for you.

What We Offer

We will...

  • calculate salaries on a monthly basis including those of sessional or other casual staff

  • work out all payments for you including SSP, SMP, Tax Credits and Pension payments, and supply you with a Report showing how your salaries have been calculated

  • provide your employees with a Security Payslip

  • transfer employees salaries by BACS directly to their Bank account on payday

  • reclaim any rebate of SSP, SMP for you and pay your Tax and NI Liability monthly to the Revenue

  • issue P45's as appropriate

  • at the end of the Tax Year print P60's for your employees and prepare your Employers Annual Return

Charges

  • To set up an employee on the Payroll - £14.00 (one-off cost)

  • Monthly Payroll - £5.00 per employee per month

  • To re-run your payroll after processing day - £10 per occasion

  • To issue a P45 - £4 per occasion

  • To complete Contribution Agency enquiries regarding an employee - £10 per occasion

  • Charges invoiced quarterly in arrears - minimum invoice value £15
